Patient feedback plays a significant role in determining whether the overall treatment experience at a hospital is satisfactory or not. The patient feedback not only helps the hospital to improve its overall service but also helps in giving a better treatment experience. Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital feedback gives an insight into patient experiences.Â
It is a well-known fact that the world of medicine has changed a lot over the last few decades. It is not just the doctors who have been making things better and changing the face of medicine but also the patients. Let’s read ahead to know some experiences from patients and how their feedback has helped the hospital achieve more.Â
Rajat Sharma – PatientÂ
I won’t deny that feedback helped me find RGCH. I was diagnosed with cancer when I was 35 years old. Thankfully, the disease was treated and I have been in remission for 7 years now. However, I still need to take treatment to make sure that cancer does not come back. This means that I have to take medication and go for regular check-ups.Â
It can be tough at times, but I am determined to beat this disease for good. One genuine review helped me find a good hospital. If my feedback can help someone looking for cancer treatment, I will be happy.Â
Ehsas Singh – Patient’s Sister
My cousin went through cancer surgery just two days back. I am writing this review to share my experience with some people who have no patience. We were sitting in the corridor waiting outside the operation theatre. This is when a man started shouting at the staff just because his consultation was getting delayed. The truth is that the doctor was attending to another patient in the consultation room. Every patient is important for doctors. One needs to have patience and wait for their turn rather than creating a ruckus for slight delays.Â
I would request patients and their families to maintain their calm because the staff will surely assist each and everyone. I have been here for the past 2 months and have not faced a single problem. The staff and doctors are always there for help.
Mathur Mehta – PatientÂ
I usually don’t prefer writing reviews, but if my few words can help other patients, then why not? I was diagnosed with second stage liver cancer when I got admitted to RGCH. I have come across complaints regarding unhygienic campus and costly medicine. This is not true. The hospital is clean and medicines are available at a nominal cost. I think the hospital is far better than any private hospital in terms of cleanliness and behaviour. Â
Viraj Sharma – Family of the PatientÂ
I want to thank Dr Mudit Agarwal, Dr Mini, and the team that was very supportive during the entire treatment. They helped my aunt beat cancer symptoms, and even after the treatment, they assisted us through video calls when needed. They guided us with exercises and medication. I appreciate their help throughout the treatment. Thank you to all the doctors and staff of RGCH.

When it comes to making decisions, reviews can be helpful. Reviews can give you a good idea of what to expect. Of course, you shouldn’t always believe everything you read, but if you take the time to read a few reviews, you can get a better sense of what others think about the hospital and its services. In the end, reviews can help you make better decisions by giving you more information to go on.
