When you’ve anchored yourself in a frame you like, select the prescription single frame, progressive, or non-prescription, and the lens type.
You must register or log in to Warby Parker to continue.
You will then be prompted to add your prescription information by either uploading a photo of the information, asking Warby Parker to email you, or providing your doctor’s information so they can be contacted. The last option is generally considered to be slower.

Prescription orders for glasses and sunglasses take 9 to 12 business days, while contact lenses take 5 to 7 business days.
Warby Parker offers a 30-day return or exchange policy on eyewear and accessories. Returns are currently only possible by post. Warby Parker replaces scratched lenses within the first year. If your prescription changes, they will replace the glasses for a fee.
